Artist and Architect

An Artist and Architect currently working at Foster + Partners here at the heart of London. I moved to the UK in Autumn 2019 to pursue my Masters in Architecture, eventually landing my role in London 2021 a week before completing my final year. As for my life in the UK, it still feels like a blur 😀. I am still adapting and learning as I pace through my experiences being far away from Mombasa, my one true home but I do enjoy the moments I get meeting fellow Kenyans here and connecting. My hobbies and interests involve watching films, listening to music, a bit of plant-daddy work and sketching. A fun fact about myself can be summarized in my own personal motive: 'Give love always & appreciate the good vibes'. 😉

Most importantly, I am passionate about pursuing one's true dreams, ambitions and ventures, that's why I value my time away from work greatly. In it I cultivated my fun and therapeutic side of playful art and ended up creating 'Pango' with a couple of friends. It's a hand-drawn animation for kids of all ages that centres around the protection & conservation of Pangolins in Africa, with proceeds from the story donated to various Pangolin rescue missions in Kenya and across the continent. Share with your family & friends some of the joy here:
